Can guests send their wishes too?
Yes. Besides photos and videos, guests can write you a message in the guestbook. Messages can appear on the slideshow at the reception, and you can download them all after the day.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code and the event’s page opens in their phone’s browser, on iPhone and Android alike. They type their name, and they can start sharing.
Can I show the photos on a big screen at the venue?
Yes. Open the live slideshow on any TV, projector or laptop with a web browser. New photos and guest messages appear within seconds, and you can approve each one before it reaches the screen.
How long are the photos kept, and can I download them?
From 7 days on the Free plan to 12 months on Premium, counted from the event day. On a paid plan you can keep the gallery 1 to 12 more months with the Gallery Retention Add-on. You can download everything as a ZIP at any time before then, without a watermark on paid plans.
