Is it free for a small birthday party?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card: guests share their photos, and the gallery is kept for 7 days after the party. For videos and a longer gallery, move up to a paid plan at any time.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code and the event’s page opens in their phone’s browser, on iPhone and Android alike. They type their name, and they can start sharing.
Can guests share videos as well as photos?
Yes, from the Basic plan up: videos of up to 30 seconds each on Basic, and up to 5 minutes on Premium. The Free plan takes photos only.
How long are the photos kept, and can I download them?
From 7 days on the Free plan to 12 months on Premium, counted from the event day. On a paid plan you can keep the gallery 1 to 12 more months with the Gallery Retention Add-on. You can download everything as a ZIP at any time before then, without a watermark on paid plans.
